Candice has been an elementary school teacher for over ten years and has extensive experience teaching, coaching, and counselling children of all ages. She holds two bachelor degrees in arts and education, and a Master of Education in School Counselling. Candice is passionate about helping children manage their social and emotional needs, building self-confidence, and supporting children with anxiety and depression.
Her area of focus is children of divorce and/or separation. Candice works to provide children from divorced families with strategies, tools, and information aimed at enhancing resiliency. Her nurturing, caring, and play-based approach builds a safe environment through which children can share their emotions in a developmentally appropriate way.
As an elementary school teacher, Candice created opportunities for learning and growth that also support the emotional and psychological growth of the children.
